A terrific reading last night of my latest play, "The New Seattle."

Wealthy and controlling Barbara Shepard has gone missing. Barbara’s son, Richard, thinks his stepfather, Peter, knows more than he is telling. Richard’s sister, Lindy, isn’t sure who she should trust. And Barbara’s best friend, Alice, keeps popping in and out of the house at the most inconvenient times. And then there’s that gun that keeps appearing and disappearing.

Happy to announce that I was selected for the Curtain Players "New Works Initiative," one of seven Central Ohio playwrights.
The Initiative is designed for playwrights to work independently and collaboratively to each develop our own new plays. I am creating a five character, one set murder mystery based on the model developed by Ira Levin in "Deathtrap." My play is titled "Sudden Death." |
